RIP: Brad Bailey, THS 88

After much thought, consideration, and one response, I will begin posting death notices as I become aware of them, these will include parents, classmates, spouses, siblings, or any otherwise known to THS 88 — course some more known than others, so any help in providing me with info the passing will be appreciated.

June 2017 — Trump-in’ into Summer

Well it seems I’m a little late this month – don’t worry didn’t miss any B-Days — oops, I did — Happy Late New Year Jason Lott

The little news I’ve got, some old, some fairly recent.

THS Baseball falls in State Finals to District Rival Neville 15-1.  Could THS graduation the night before, also day of semis, had an impact?  Finals were 11 AM next morning – semis and finals played in Sulphur; Neville’s graduation was the next weekend.

Pineville High has a new Football Coach/Athletic Director as Dennis Dunn moves about 2 miles from Louisiana College.

LSUA Lady Generals softball finishes 3rd at the NAIA World Series.

Walk-Ons Sports Bar and Bistreux finally coming to Alexandria – ground broken, will be on South MacArthur across from Johnny Carrino’s — or pretty close to there.  Expected opening, start of College Football Season.

Twit and Lil’ Twit got together for mom’s 70th, went down to New Orleans for the National World War II Museum, Audobon Zoo, and Acquarium of the Americas.  Have pics, maybe l’ll add some here later.  Zoo and Fish Tank – OK.  Museum was great, could spend days there looking/reading/watching everything.  They did have on loan from the National Holocaust Museum an exhibit on how the Nazis used propaganda — reads like the political Left’s playbook.

This is the 11th edition since I cranked this thing up again.

No Reunion news of any sort.  Look for the possibility of another combined 30ish show next year.  ’88 will get it done.

Just a question, don’t really expect any answers, but should I be including death announcements in these posts (ex. Classmates, siblings, spouses, and parents)?  Reply in the comments — you can make up an e-mail address so your privacy is not compromised.
I have been seeing them on Facebook but not publishing unless I attended.  There happens to be one that was posted this AM.

More news than I thought I could come up with – was thinking I would have to do like mainstream news and make up stuff.
